By: Kian Vanluyten – Would you like to gain more insight into how accredited training courses and refresher courses can be organized within your swimming pool? During this knowledge session, Kian Vanluyten will take you on a journey through the world of training courses and refresher courses for aqua fitness, artistic swimming, water polo, and swimming. These training courses are accredited by the Flemish Trainers School (Sport Vlaanderen) and offer participants the opportunity to obtain an official diploma or certificate. One example is the Swimming Instructor diploma, which is gradually becoming a standard requirement for teaching swimming lessons.
During the session, we will take a closer look at the practical aspects of organizing these training courses. What does this involve? Can you set up a training course yourself? What conditions and resources are required? We will also discuss the financial aspects: what are the costs for both the organizer and the participant? In addition, we will look at the possibilities of tailor-made training and how this can be tailored to specific needs.
