Price structure
Exhibition package €500.00
Participation includes stand walls (with the exception of island stands), floor covering, lighting, 1 standing table with 2 bar stools, and WiFi. One crew package per6m²is included in the price. A crew package includes an entrance ticket to the trade fair, a parking ticket, lunch, and drinks—including coffee, tea, juice, and water—which are available free of charge throughout the day.
Marketing package $300.00
With the marketing package, we ensure an attractive presentation of your company in the run-up to, during, and three months after our trade fair day. Your company profile will be published:
- On poolxpo.com
- In the special trade fair catalog
- In our special PoolXpo App with appointment module.
Price per square meter: $200.00
Price = Trade fair package + Marketing package + (Number of square meters x $200.00)
Surcharges
- Angle position 10%
- Headstand 20%
- Island position 20%
Please note!
Because all these components will be carried out regardless of whether the trade fair goes ahead, the marketing package is binding upon registration. The other costs of the trade fair stand (the trade fair package and the square meters purchased) will be waived if the trade fair has to be canceled.
Other
- Co-exhibitor €975.00 This is another company that will participate as an exhibitor in your booth.
- Sponsor €1,500.00 With the additional sponsorship package, your company will receive extensive exposure through various channels prior to and during the trade fair:
- Prominently featured on the homepage of the trade fair website
- In all newsletters leading up to the trade show
- At the entrance to the trade fair
- On all exhibition floor plans (offline and online)
- On the visitor registration page
Liability
LMCG is NOT liable for theft, damage, etc. of your property. We therefore advise you to take out appropriate insurance to cover your property during the event (March 4 setup and March 5 dismantling).
Cancellation
- Free cancellation is only possible until November 1, 2025.
- Until January 1, 2026, 40% of the participation fee will be charged as cancellation costs.
- After January 1, 2026, you will owe the full participation fee.
If we cancel the event or if the government prohibits events such as ours, you will not be required to pay any participation fees [with the exception of the marketing package worth €300.00]. Any fees already paid will be refunded.
